With custom backgrounds 🤩 for all 4 of my geckos.

I'm so proud of them!!! 🥹

The enclosures sizes are 60x45x90 (24x18x36) for my
2 leachies... and 60x45x60 (24x18x24) for my Crestie and Gargoyle gecko.

Plants used include - violet inch plant, string of hearts. 💜
calathea medallion, a dracaena, peperomia, snake plant and Alocasia. 🌿

Clean up crew include- springtails, tropical grey Isopods and giant orange Isopods, as well as some small worms. 🪱

Substrate is a mix of organic Coco coir, forest floor, activated charcoal, arcadia earth mix and a small amount of zoomed eco earth. (I've used leaf litter to help protect the CUC.)

I've utilized cork bark tubes and branches in the enclosures, as well as making a basking platform in the custom backgrounds.
I also have a hammock in each enclosure- from Etsy. As well as a bridge in each of the small enclosures.
Plus a feeding ledge in each too. 🍓

12 spray foam cans down.. and I've run out 🤣😭
Think I need like 2 more. Going to get them later!
(I'm making backgrounds for 4 enclosures total).

Spent last 5 hours, cleaning enclosures, moving my geckos to temp tub enclosures, siliconing edges ect (wanted to make sure it's water tight), and spray foaming.
Id heard silicone was potent.. no one warned me just how potent!!

This is one of my backgrounds, not finished yet, so bare that in mind. But my plan is to use a cork bark piece near the top as a basking platform, then cork in the background as extras, and atleast one plant pot in each background. I think once this is all done it will look awsome... It's a "trust the process" moment.

Bad news... One of the doors in my large exo terra's snapped off. . . just my luck! Only good thing is the glass didn't smash and only the top connector is broke, so I can still use the door. Yaa

It's finally starting 😍 I got all of the stuff I need to start my 4 gecko bioactive enclosures 🥹 soo excited! Hoping they turn out good! (Ps you can't see here any of the cork bark or branches that I'm also using!)

List of what I have-
Substrate- Forest floor, organic Coco coir, Arcadia earth mix, sphagnum Moss, activated charcoal, hydroballs, and window mesh.
Plants- I have a violet inch plant, a peperomia, and string of hearts and calathea medallion. (Plants you don't see include cheese plants, Alocasia and a dracaena!)
Clean up crew- spring tails, tropical grey Isopods, giant orange Isopods, giant lob worms and small worms.
Extras- 12 spray foam cans (for backgrounds) and 4 silicones.

Me next to one of my leachies enclosures (to show size) ... This is one of the four enclosures I'm going to be making bioactive and building a background for. 😍

This 60x45x90 is one of two, I have one each for my leachies.
Then I have two 60x45x60s, one for my Crestie, one for my gargoyle gecko. 🥰😍

I think it might take me a few days to make backgrounds and setup the bioactives.
All my geckos will be in temp tubs for a week 🥹 they won't be impressed, but once they get into there new enclosures, I'm sure the weeks wait will be worth it.
